The film picks up shortly after the events of the first movie. The town of (The City of Light) is finally at peace. The trio of young heroes— Saadi (the leader with super strength), Kamil (the witty, lightning-fast speedster), and Rani (the empathetic girl who can communicate with animals)—have stopped the evil sorcerer Mangu and his gang of thugs.
