For the uninitiated, A Serbian Film follows Miloš, an aging porn star struggling to provide for his family. He accepts a lucrative “art film” job from a mysterious director, Vukmir, only to discover he has been drugged and forced to perform in snuff films involving necrophilia, pedophilia, and newborn infants. After waking up and realizing the atrocities he has committed, Milos kills the director and his henchmen. Traumatized beyond recovery, he and his family commit collective suicide.
