After surviving the prison island, Carl Lucas (now Frankenstein) is transferred to a brutal South African desert prison called "The Spiral." The warden (Niles) runs a deadly cross-country race where the winner earns freedom. Lucas must team up with a psychotic racer (Goldberg – Danny Trejo) and a female inmate (Katrina – Tanit Phoenix) to survive the "Inferno" – a race through a radioactive wasteland. The Hindi dub renames some characters (e.g., "Frankenstein" is simply called "Franky") and adds hyperbolic dialogues like "Aag lagaa denge saalon ko!" (We'll set them on fire!).
