The film's narrative takes a dramatic turn when Chanda decides to 'adopt' a child, but not in the classical sense. She befriends a charming young man, Bhappi (played by Sanjeev Kumar), and together they hatch a plan to make her husband believe that she is pregnant. The rest of the film is a hilarious exploration of the chaos that ensues.
The film's soundtrack, composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy (although uncredited), features several memorable songs, including the popular "Aa Jao Meri Tamanna" and "Chaliya Tera Gham Aaya". Hema Malini's dance numbers are a treat to watch, showcasing her signature style and elegance. hema malini ki choot
