The film follows a street-smart everyman who gains extraordinary powers (hence "Iron Man") and fights a corrupt syndicate. The dubbing replaced original names with typical Hindi film names (e.g., Vijay, Raja, or Shakti), and added desi background scores to heighten the drama.

Upon his return, Raj is accused of murdering his business partner and friend, which he did not commit. The accused, Dhanraj (played by Danny Denzongpa), frames Raj for the crime and plans to take over his business empire. With the help of his girlfriend, Dr. Sakshi (played by Pooja Batra), Raj sets out to clear his name and take down Dhanraj.
