Long-standing members (1000+ posts) were paired with newer members (<50 posts) for 4 weeks. Pairs co-wrote at least three collaborative guides, such as “Setting up Bixby Routines for battery life” .

During my time in the community, I have prioritized being a "helpful peer." Whether it was guiding new users through the One UI beta transitions or sharing "Hidden Features" threads that sparked deep engagement, my goal has always been to foster a positive, solutions-oriented environment. I don't just post; I listen. Understanding the common "pain points" of our members allows me to provide feedback that is both constructive for Samsung and helpful for the users.
