The optimized rasterization engine in build 594 makes hardware work harder than ever before. If you are still on SketchUp 2021 or 2022, the performance jump to v24.0.594 is akin to buying a new graphics card.

It creates soft shadows in corners and around edges, emphasizing form and space without requiring a third-party renderer.

Note: Integrated Intel HD 4000/5000/6000 series GPUs are officially unsupported for the new engine.
