Bottom line: You cannot legally redistribute or download the actual TTF/OTF file outside of its original Microsoft bundle.

Since this font is often sought out to fix display issues, make sure you install the "Normal" weight specifically, as many older programs won't recognize "Symbol" as a valid substitute for "SymbolMT."
