The story follows Shaurya (Rajkummar Rao), a call centre employee who moves into a new apartment in a deserted, under-construction Mumbai high-rise named "Swarg" to prepare for a life with his girlfriend, Noorie. Through a series of unfortunate coincidences—a faulty lock, a dead phone battery, and an empty building—he becomes trapped inside his flat without food, water, or electricity. The film chronicles his week-long descent into desperation as he resorts to eating insects and pigeons and drinking rainwater to survive.
